I was at the Dog House Saloon Saturday night to watch my husband’s band perform. The atmosphere is casual and friendly and the food is terrific! I can personally speak to the fries, but the wings and burgers got rave reviews from my friends. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, as well. I was also pleasantly surprised by my tab at the end of the night. Definitely a place I would go for dinner and entertainment!
This is a nice, comfortable and welcoming local place, with a big focus on live music, including open mic. The food is surprisingly good, the service terrific, and the staff welcoming - and actually remember your name!
Picked up dinner to go last night. The heroes and burgers are huge!! Enough for leftovers. They are delicious too. I very rarely eat fries but they smelled so good, I had to try them. Im glad i did. Lots of food for a good price.

WOW ...If and when you get a chance to stop in the Dog house you won't be disappointed! Now that’s a burger! Best burger in Jersey I’ve had. So big it’s almost impossible to take a full bite but what a dream. The burger patty is juicy and they serve plenty of variations some with Cheetos, jalapeno poppers and even with pepperoni. The wings are just ok but don’t even waste time with that just head for the burgers oh and they have good good fries. 10/10 will definitely come back for more. Meat lovers is a must try.
Great music and not too loud so that you can have a conversation. The crowd is diverse. Classic bar food. It's good to know about this place for great music, food, and an unpretentious atmosphere. Parking can be tricky.
